225,000 students, 8,000 classes, 10 guests, one inspiring spokesperson, a moment for young people.
On February 17, Hooked on School Days spokesperson Laurent Duvernay-Tardif met with students in classrooms across Québec to answer their questions about a range of subjects such as sources of inspiration, motivation, support, and mental health. Throughout the event, Laurent invited his friends to join the conversation, with Pascal Morrissette, Jean-François Roberge, Pierre-Yves Roy-Desmarais, Kevin Raphael, Fabrice Vil, Matthieu Quiviger, Anaïs Favron, Patrice Bélanger, Catherine Girard-Audet, and Marie-Laurence Paré taking part to speak with students.
Together, they lent their compassion and sense of humour to offer advice, encouragement, and tips. And, of course, the event also included a little half-time workout to help attendees keep up their concentration.
In all, over 225,000 students in 8,000 classes registered for the event.
Thank you to all the young people who took part, and thank you to Laurent and his guests for taking a moment for them.
